To provide and improve our services, process payments, send notifications about your tasks, ensure platform safety, and comply with legal obligations.
Location is used only to show nearby tasks and is never stored persistently or shared with other users. Your exact coordinates are never visible to other users — only approximate city-level location.
Payment information is processed exclusively by Razorpay. We store only transaction references and amounts. We never store card numbers or full bank account details.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with Razorpay (payments), Firebase (authentication), and Cloudinary (media). All partners are GDPR/data protection compliant.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Users can permanently delete their account anytime using the Delete Account button available on the settings page. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@nearusapp.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
